D4 Events created the European Deepstack Poker Championship in 2008. With a 50,000 chip starting stack and one hour levels it soon became on of the most popular events on the European poker circuit. In 2011 the Dublin event had 737 players making it one of the largest poker events in Europe.
The 7th instalment of The European Deepstack Poker Championships takes place at the Regency Hotel in Dublin from Feb 17th - 23rd 2014.
The Amateur Championship of Poker is a unique event for poker players to test their skill in a tournament with an affordable buy in but keeping the structure and standards of a major poker tournament.
The inagural event took place in January 2013 and 198 players fought it out for a top prize of over €9,000! The eventual winner was Mark Delaney.
In 2014 this event will take place on 15th & 16th of February.
The GUKPT is the UK's most prestigious poker tour. Now in it's 7th season D4 Events has partnered with Grosvenor casinos to make the tour even bigger and better than before. Every event on the 2013 tour has a massive guarantee! All the £1000 legs have a whopping £200,000 guaranteed prize pool & the £500 Deepstack events are all guaranteed at £50,000.
Returning for a 3rd year is The Goliath with a staggering 1965 players in 2012 it was the biggest event on the tour last year.
Between the 25th and 29th September 2013, D4 Events will be holding it's popular 6 max event at the Regency Hotel in Dublin. The Winamax Poker Open which is the main event had 818 players in 2013. This means it's one of the largest 6 max events you will find in Europe. This will be the 5th year that the event has been held by D4 Events and it has grown in numbers every year since it started.
